Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)

ICLS brings several in-home supports together under one individualized plan for Minnesotans age 65 and older who receive the Elderly Waiver (EW) or Alternative Care (AC) program. The goal is to help each person stay in their own home with the safety and independence they want.
